This package includes a total of 10+ hours of Dean’s time.  Usually this results in 5-6 hours of Dean’s work preparing everything for you, and 4-5 hours of discussions.   If applicable, custom drafted blueprints for your build included.  Full homestead design, including layout, strategic relocation, farm business planning, greenhouse design and construction, passive solar building designs, self sufficiency, and more.   Calculate your sun angles for passive solar house, building, or greenhouse.  Construction tips and ideas, finding deals and resources.  Dean at Arkopia has influenced & consulted MANY builds across Canada, the USA, and the world.  Dean has pioneered a homestead, from nothing, with no government grants, building everything himself.  This is experience is invaluable and learn from Dean’s hands-on experience, including mistakes.

It would be a pleasure to help you with your big life projects.  Dean will spend 10+ hours on getting everything right for you.

Package includes:

– 10 hours of Dean’s time (usually 5-6 hours of Dean working on packages, designs, blueprints, and info for you, and 4-5 hours with Dean)

– Professionally drafted blueprints for 1 building (greenhouse, shop, barn) if applicable.  House blueprints cost more.

– Full homestead design, including layout, strategic relocation, farm business planning, greenhouse design and construction, passive solar building designs, self sufficiency, and more.

– Tour of our place if you can travel to make it

– Additional work and time can be negotiated if the work load is too much

– Direct line to Dean for any questions you may need throughout your project/s
